Dr. Chou grew up outside Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Bioengineering.

She then returned to Maryland where she studied at the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

She has practiced general dentistry in Maryland for the past 10 years. Dr. Chou joined the Potomac ENT team in 2018 to offer oral appliance therapy (OAT) to treat sleep-disordered breathing, which includes obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and snoring.
